Due to new Virginia law taking effect on July 1, 2026, The Gun Shop USA will no longer accept or ship orders to Virginia residents for firearms and other items prohibited by SB 749 / HB 217.
We will cease shipping items covered by this ban to Virginia effective June 19, 2026.
We will cease taking orders for these items for Virginia residents at the close of business on June 18, 2026 in order to allow time for lawful shipment prior to the effective date.
SBR orders for Virginia residents will cease immediately due to the extended and uncertain processing time typically involved with NFA transfers.
